You’re all invited. In a couple of week’s time we’ll be sweeping up the workshop and lighting the bbq outside the big blue doors for an evening of Boards, Bangers and Beers. We’ll have some finished surfboards on display in the racks and some “works in progress” on the trestles, and we’ll all be here to talk shapes, saws and answer any questions. Open fire chef Benedict Quinn will be manning the tongs serving up locally reared pork sausages and we’ll have a keg of ale from the Driftwood Spars brewery just down the road, and we hope that some of you will be able to join us to spend an evening at the workshop with us. If you’ve ever been curious about what we do here, wanted to run your hands down the rails of a wooden surfboard, or simply enjoy good food, beer and talking surfboards, then this is one to put in your diary.
