Delivery FAQs

All of our custom orders are made from the stacks of wooden planks resting outside the blue doors of our workshop.

This means there will be a wait when ordering one of our wavecraft; to give you an idea of how long, we have a target lead time that we aim for when making each of our products:

Surfboards can take up to 6 months to make and send, timings often depend on our make list (workload) at the time of ordering and our finishers glassing schedule.

Bellyboards and handplanes can take around a month to six weeks to make and send, again this comes down to our workload at the time of ordering.

We will always try our best for customers who have a specific deadline in mind, so please contact us to discuss!

For items we have in stock please allow up to a week for delivery, we will try to package and send as soon as we can, however we are a small team and we are often all hands on deck making surfboards!

Surfboards and paddleboards will be sent with a specialist courier in the UK.

They provide a door-to-door service and are used to transporting antiques and artwork, so we trust them to deliver your board safely. This usually costs about £150.

For international deliveries, we make a crate for your board to travel in and ship with a renowned international courier (normally TNT, DHL or UPS).

Each delivery will be charged before dispatch, but calculated just beforehand to get the best price we can.

We post our bellyboards using Parcel Force 24 or 48 in the UK.

All of our other products will be delivered using Royal Mail services.
