Covid-19 FAQs

We ask you to please follow all current government guidelines and to let us know if you can’t make a workshop due to having symptoms as soon as you can.

For every workshop, we will ask all participants to take a lateral flow test upon arrival. All members of staff here will take one at the same time.

All members of staff here are currently double vaccinated.

If any one individual within a group would feel safer wearing a mask, then we would require all participants to wear one and all members of staff here will too.

The workshop itself is relatively spacious with our group sizes and we will keep our big sliding doors open as much as possible to ensure a good flow of air all day.

Our cancellation policy can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

If you need to postpone due to Covid-19 guidelines or restrictions, we will help you find the next available course and we’ll be as flexible as possible. There will be no extra cost for postponing.

If you end up having to cancel due to Covid-19, we will honour our cancellation policy as if you gave us eight week’s notice – with a 60% refund, so we can cover the materials cost of your workshop place with the 40% we retain.

We have always enjoyed our open door policy for guests and visitors, and would like to continue to do this.
