Monday Morning Surf Club!

Tricky conditions but some fun rides…

With calmer conditions compared to the last couple of weeks the local beach was now an option, and from the carpark it looked like it would be another dreamy surf, nice looking waves with good shape rolling through on the way up to high tide.

As is so often in surfing, the reality was a little different as we found after paddling out. There was lots of water moving around and a very shifty peak, making it difficult to judge and put ourselves in the right take-off spot.

There were still a few waves to be had and Gani on the 7’2 Coaster, Max on the 5’10 Fetch and James on the 6’2 Swift all put in a great effort!

See you next week!

All of our sustainable, hollow wooden surfboards are made using wood from local, regenerative woodlands and are intended for a lifetime of waves. Custom made or make your own.
