Small swell, Small period, but a beautiful sunrise helping us make the most of the waves!
A messy ocean under a clear and colourful sunrise sky was the setting for a fun few waves. It was a case of paddle for everything and then take what you can get, as the tide retreated there was a lot of waves backing off following an initial dumpy drop, but there were a couple of walls building through to a close out inside section.
James and Matt did a great job of getting in amongst it and proved that it’s always worth getting in!
James was surfing his trusty 9’1 Wicket, and Matt was on his freshly finished 6’4 Woodburner that he made with us earlier in the year.
