Monday Morning Surf Club!

Summer has begun here on the North Coast of Cornwall, not only are places starting to bustle with holiday folk, we have also welcomed some typical summer slop!

When we rolled up to the beach on Monday morning there wasn’t a soul in sight, due to to the onshore less than ideal conditions. However after watching the water for a few minutes we thought we could make out some surfable corners, that although devoid of any shape, would probably offer us a ride or two and scratch the itch. It also helped that it was a beautiful sunny day!

We chose to paddle out on our 6’4 Woodburner fish, with plenty of volume it is ideal for slack summer surf.

It ended up being a fun session, full of smiles and a handful of waves that we definitely wouldn’t have had if we had stayed in the van!
