Last week Will dropped by to pick up the wooden surfboard he made during one of our ‘make your own’ workshop experiences…
After stepping back into the workshop and being greeted with the familiar smell of Cedar and a friendly bark from Buddy, Will mentioned that it felt like only 30 seconds since he left following his 5 day making experience.
The freshly sanded 7’4 Island Hopper on the trestles had since been sent up to Paul, who applied his magic, sealing it with eco-epoxy resin and a gleaming high gloss.
It was then time to take the ‘full circle moment’ photo in front of our big blue doors, before bagging and strapping the board carefully to the roof of Will’s car, ready for that first trip to the beach!
