New Wooden Surfboard Pick Up!

08 . 08 . 24

A couple of weeks ago Ben dropped in to pick up the freshly finished wooden surfboard he made with us back in May…

The last time Ben would have seen his surfboard was on the fifth of five days he spent with us, building up the frame and the rails, gluing the top down and shaping his 9’8 Cali Log. Once the surfboard had been stamped and signed, we said our goodbyes and the board was left in the workshop ready for it’s trip north to be glassed by our friend Paul.

Coming back to see the surfboard finished for the first time is a magical moment, and it brings the workshop experience full circle, with the only thing left to do – go surfing!

We can’t wait to hear how Ben gets on!
