9’8” Cali Log

Description

Our take on the classic 60’s Californian Longboard.

This board is all about walking to the tip, giving those toes a dip, and making the most of surfing small summer waves. With the widest point set back from centre, a nod to the boards namesake, and a relaxed rocker line, the Cali Log is designed for locking into trim, whilst the ‘V’ in the tail allows for a smooth transition from rail to rail.

9’8” x 16 3/4″ x 23 1/8” x 17 7/8″ x  3 1/4” – 85.2 l

Designed to be ridden as a single fin in anything from 1-4 feet.

From £4,150.00

The plan shape of our Cali Log has it’s wide point a few inches back from centre, which couples with a ‘V’ and a little rocker kick in the tail to give the board a lively feel when you get back over the fin.

There is belly through the centre of the board too, with nicely foiled rails to allow you control the board when you’re locked into trim by slipping up and down the wave to make the most of any sections, or stall if the wave backs off.

Up at the nose, we have a little lift in the rocker, relatively wide platform and a shallow concave under the front third of the board, which are elements that combine to invite you up to the nose and give you the ability to control the board smoothly once you’re there.

There is plenty of volume in this board too – at 85.2 litres, it’s our biggest longboard and this couples with a relaxed rocker line, to make paddling and catching waves an absolute breeze.

With this board underneath your arm, you’ll be dreaming of those gorgeous summer days with small surf, knowing you’ll be able to make the most of it.
