A few glassy waves in the mid-tide morning sun!
On arrival at the beach we were stoked to see some peaks forming and a few waves being ridden, as the swell that had been around all weekend was on the way out, so with no time to spare we paddled out with our friend Gani for an early morning surf.
The waves turned out to be a little slack, but it was lovely to float around in the sun and wait for the set waves which tended to have a little more push to them. James was able to take advantage of the rollers out back, stroking into waves early on his 9’1” Wicket, and Gani made the most of the shifting peaks, taking off late on the inside on the 6’2” Swift.
We hope you enjoy the clip!
