Monday Morning Surf Club!

It was a lovely morning to be early at the beach, virtually no wind and small waves rippling through on the outgoing tide, perfect for the 9’1 Wicket wooden surfboard.

James did well to spot the set waves as many of the glassy lumps trying to break were pretty slack with not much power. It was definitely more surfable than it had looked from the van, and a variety of lefts and rights came through, keeping James busy and even providing some lush high-lines and a couple of drawn out turns. We even managed a high five as surfer and filmer almost collided!
