Monday Morning Surf Club!

With high winds expected we knew Porthtowan would not be an ideal place to paddle out so we looked for other local options, luckily the tide was receding around 7am so we headed to another spot around 15 minutes away.

James and Matt jumped in on a 7’2 Coaster and 6’4 Woodburner respectively, and made the most of the lumpy conditions, finding a few rights that stayed open through to the inside, despite battling with outside sets and backwash from the fairly high tide.

Here’s hoping for some more swell on the way!
