Monday Morning Surf Club!

Some nice overhead lumps in between churning rips…

When we arrived at the beach the tide was starting to recede, and the swell started to hit a nice sandbank, bringing some organisation to the lumps and bumps. There was a good rip from left to right and a very shifty peak, but the wooden surfboards provided us with plenty of paddle power and momentum to get into the tricky takeoffs, which were fat one moment, then dumping the next.

Gani was surfing our 6’4 Woodburner and James was on the 9’1 Wicket, they made the most of the rippy conditions before the wind got up.

Great fun!

All our sustainable, hollow wooden surfboards are made using wood from local, regenerative woodlands and are intended for a lifetime of waves. Custom made or make your own.
