Last weekend we travelled to Bath’s Finisterre store to guide some folks through the making of their very own wooden bodysurfing handplanes and bellyboards!
We welcomed Chris, Lara, Rob, Ben and his mum and grandad to our pop up workshop, upstairs at the Bath Finisterre store on Saturday afternoon, to saw, rasp, shape and sand their own wooden wave-craft.
After a fun few hours of sawdust making, which saw handplanes and bellyboards taking shape in amongst tutorials from James, we all relaxed with a slice of pizza and admired everyone’s handiwork.
We can’t wait to hear about everyone’s next trip to the ocean!
