Dropping the kids off at school, running down to the beach and finding some small, gentle waves to play in is the perfect start to the week! Liz joined James this morning down at Porthtowan for a few slides on her bellyboard and shared the waves with a couple of friends. Lots of giggling, silliness and laughter had us all in high spirirts until poor Liz stood on a weaver fish in the low-tide shallow water (amazingly caught on camrea!)....
